Implementation of community promotion strategies for Team Joy 2026
On May 27, the informational campaign for the upcoming Team Joy 2026 medical mission trip, scheduled to begin on June 21, officially started. Previously, information about these activities had been primarily shared through WhatsApp status updates and phone calls directed toward patients and community leaders. However, after evaluating the reach of these communication methods, it was determined that they were not effectively reaching the entire target population.
For this reason, new communication strategies were implemented to expand awareness and improve information dissemination. These initiatives included distributing flyers, placing posters, and installing vinyl banners at strategic locations throughout different communities. Among the activities carried out was a visit to Centro Esperanza, where posters were distributed to all students with the support of the reception staff, and an informational vinyl banner was installed with assistance from the center’s personnel. Additionally, visits were conducted in Santa Apolonia, where a large banner was placed to increase visibility and awareness of the upcoming Team Joy 2026 medical mission trip.
Furthermore, additional visits to different communities are planned in the coming weeks to continue spreading information and ensure that more people become aware of these activities. Through these efforts, the primary goal is to provide medical consultations and access to medications for those who need them most, ultimately contributing to the health, well-being, and comprehensive care of the communities served.
