International Esperanza Project

Strengthening communities in Latin America from the inside, out.

At the International Esperanza Project (IEP), we believe lasting change begins by walking alongside communities with dignity, partnership, and hope. Through our work in Guatemala, we help families realize the future they hope for by improving access to safe homes, healthcare, and education.

For more than nine years, IEP has worked hand‑in‑hand with local leaders, volunteers, medical professionals, educators, and partners to create sustainable impact that strengthens communities for generations to come.

Impacting Homes

We help families create healthier living environments through smoke‑free stoves and safe water solutions.

Our approach goes beyond installation. Every family receives ongoing follow‑up to ensure long‑term impact.

Impacting Health

IEP provides access to healthcare through community clinics and life‑changing surgical programs in partnership with local and international medical professionals.

Impacting Education

We believe education creates pathways to opportunity and long‑term transformation. Our education initiatives include:

  • Early childhood education centers
  • Middle and high school programs
  • Trade training programs
