Four-day Montessori training

Our Early Childhood Center in Tecpán was filled with enthusiasm and a passion for learning as we hosted a four-day Montessori training from Tuesday, July 28 through Friday, July 30 led by the incredible Tish Paiz. Sixteen participants from International Esperanza Project (IEP), Fundación Ralda, and Fundación PAVA came together with a shared goal of strengthening their knowledge and understanding of the Montessori philosophy. The training provided a wonderful opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow as educators dedicated to giving young children the best possible start in life.

Throughout the week, Tish guided us through the core principles of Montessori education, demonstrating how to create prepared environments, encourage independence, and foster each child’s natural curiosity and love of learning. Through hands-on activities, practical demonstrations, and meaningful discussions, participants gained valuable tools and strategies that they can confidently apply in their own Early Childhood Centers. Her passion, expertise, and engaging teaching style made every session inspiring and enjoyable.

By the end of the training, everyone left feeling motivated, empowered, and excited to put their new knowledge into practice. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how much they had learned and how impactful the experience had been. We are deeply grateful to Tish Paiz for sharing her knowledge and inspiring us to embrace Montessori principles as we continue working together to provide high-quality early childhood education for the children and families we serve.
