Team Honor: Experiencing the Impact of Education

Before beginning their service through our Impacting Homes pillar, Team Honor had the opportunity to visit two programs that are transforming lives through education.

At El Molino School, volunteers spent time with students, building relationships and experiencing the vibrant learning environment firsthand. They also visited the Esperanza Center, where they saw the impact of our vocational training programs in action. Beauty course students welcomed the team with manicures, while baking teachers shared their skills by teaching volunteers how to make fresh cinnamon rolls.

Experiences like these give volunteers a deeper understanding of how International Esperanza Project® creates lasting impact through education, equipping students with practical skills, confidence, and opportunities for the future.
