Michelle Hollaender

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Michelle has worked in the nonprofit world for more than 20 years. Born in Guatemala City, Michelle moved to Dallas in 2002. She served as Chief Development Officer for an international nonprofit organization for 15 years. She founded IEP in 2017 and is passionate about inspiring hope and improving lives in Guatemala.

Allen Roeseler

Chief Operating Officer

Allen oversees operations, financial management, and organizational strategy at IEP, working closely with leadership and the Board to strengthen governance, enhance transparency, and support sustainable growth.

His work centers on aligning day-to-day operations with mission delivery — building scalable systems, ensuring sound financial stewardship, and upholding the highest standards of accountability as IEP expands its impact across Guatemala.
