Michelle founded IEP in 2017 and brings more than 24 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Born in Guatemala City, she leads the organization's vision and growth, advancing mission-driven strategy and expanding impact to inspire hope and improve lives across Guatemala.
Allen Roeseler
Allen leads operations, financial management, and organizational strategy, aligning day-to-day execution with mission delivery and ensuring strong financial stewardship as IEP continues to expand its impact.
Lenica Marroquin
Lenica leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships that sustain and expand IEP's impact. She works closely with leadership to align development initiatives with organizational goals and long-term mission advancement.
