If the window above isn’t loading your recurring gift, is showing someone else’s name, or keeps asking you to sign in — sign out of OneCause and start over.
Your recurring donation is not affected. Signing out only clears the sign-in on this browser. Nothing is cancelled, changed or deleted.
One thing to know: this signs you out of OneCause everywhere in this browser — including any event, auction or bidding page you have open. If you’re in the middle of bidding, finish there first.
