Where Are They Now? - Sandy Ajín
One of the most meaningful parts of education is seeing where the journey leads.
Over the years, students from IEP’s educational programs have continued building futures filled with purpose, perseverance, and opportunity. Some are now studying at university, others are beginning professional careers, and many are using the skills and values developed during their time at IEP to support their families and strengthen their communities.
Each story reflects more than academic growth. Behind every student is a story of resilience, determination, and hope. These journeys remind us that education creates opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.
Sandy Ajín
After graduating from Colegio del Futuro IEP in 2024, Sandy Ajín began balancing work, university studies, and family responsibilities with determination and perseverance.
Today, she works while pursuing a degree in Social Work at Universidad Mariano Gálvez on weekends.
As a beneficiary of the UNBOUND Foundation scholarship program, Sandy also chose to give back to IEP through community service, helping lead leadership workshops and learning experiences for high school students alongside IEP staff.
Her story reflects the impact that opportunity, education, and continued support can have on a young person’s future.
