Michelle Hollaender

Chief Executive Officer

Michelle founded IEP in 2017 and brings more than 24 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Born in Guatemala City, she leads the organization's vision and growth, advancing mission-driven strategy and expanding impact to inspire hope and improve lives across Guatemala.
